The "Lado" Philosophy

Hon. Oladele Adekanye, popularly known as Lado, is a dedicated public servant currently serving as a Commissioner in the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC), a role he resumed in January 2025.

Having served two terms as Lagos Mainland Local Government Chairman, and with distinction in the Lagos State House of Assembly, his tenures were marked by a relentless focus on improving the lives of his Constituents. His leadership style has always been driven by the philosophy that true governance begins at the grassroots.

He has since withdrawn from active politics but still remains a pillar of community development, bridging the gap between the people and the government.
